T&J Legacy Group Limited is a family-led health and social care company founded by Thomas Exley-Woolmer and Julie Jefferies.
Established in 2025, the Group was created to provide a strong foundation for the continued operation, development and future expansion of high-quality health and social care services.
Thomas and Julie have worked together in the operation and development of care services since 2021. Their shared experience, values and ambitions now form the foundation of T&J Legacy Group Limited.
Today, the Group operates Angel Approved – Care and Support Services, providing home care, complex care and specialist autism and learning disability support to children and adults.
In the future, when the right opportunity arises, our ambition is to introduce additional brands within the Group, including services focused on the operation of residential care homes and nursing homes.
