What does our personal care services involve?

At Angel Approved – Care at Home, our Personal Care services ensure that care and support is provided with dignity and a commitment to enabling you or your loved one to be independent. We understand that having support with daily living such as bathing or dressing can make a difference in your quality of life, helping you to stay happy at home.

We understand that everyone is unique, so we ensure that support with personal care is tailored to you. We will work with you or your loved one to put together a detailed person-centred plan that our Care Professionals will follow, so that you or your loved one gets the care and support needed, in the way that you want it.

Angel Approved looked after my father for over 3 months, only ending because he now needs 24-hour Nursing Home care. He had a Carer visit in the morning to assist in getting up, washed and dressed and also give the daily medications. A second visit in the evening got him ready for bed. We cannot fault the service we received from Angel Approved, all the Carers and Management were excellent. Most importantly, my father was very happy with his Carers and the way they helped and treated him. Respect, dignity and compassion were evident from everyone we met from Angel Approved. It’s not easy choosing a Care Agency but we consider ourselves lucky with our choice. The fees are reasonable, the service exceptional and the Carers wonderful. Communication with Management was easily accessible and they were very helpful to us. Highly recommended.
